Hi, I’m Dusty, Founder and Director of SEO at Padearn.
At Padearn, I help vacation rental managers grow their brand and business online by building high-ranking websites that establish trust within their local communities and generate a steady stream of leads and new doors.
Padearn was born from a single vacation rental management client right here in my hometown of Branson, Missouri. Through word-of-mouth alone, we've grown our clientele to over 25 vacation rental managers across the country.
When I'm not working, I enjoy volunteering as a youth football coach and spending time with my wonderful wife and four kids.
Kimmy Winans
Hi, I'm Kimmy Winans, the Lead Tracking Manager at Padearn.
At Padearn, I help vacation rental managers manage their leads, keeping track of new inquiries and making sure our clients are notified quickly.
I also take detailed notes on each prospect and generate monthly reports to help our clients stay on top of their business.
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family or finding ways to give back to my local community, which is a true passion of mine.

I’m all about building relationships, bringing a positive attitude, and finding joy in everything I do.
When I’m not creating content, I love hanging out with my husband Nick and finding ways to give back and help others.
